SHIPPING PRICES AND TIMES

Our website is divided between two categories:

  • Our retail location
  • And our distribution warehouses (ONLINE ONLY)

Each location has its own set of shipping options and time frames. 

 

OUR RETAIL LOCATION

This consists of all our on-hand inventory at our retail location in Weatherford, OK.

For this location we offer:

  • FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $60.00.
  • Orders will ship the same day or the next business day depending on the time the order was placed. There are several shipping options to choose from at checkout.
  • FREE local delivery and store pick up.

All products shipping from our retail location can be found as shown in the images below (desktop and mobile versions):

 

OUR DISTRIBUTION WAREHOUSES

This consists of all inventory stored at one of our distribution warehouses.

For this location we offer:

  • FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $60.00.
  • Standard shipping of 2-5 business days if shipping from our US warehouse and 5-10 business days if shipping from overseas warehouse. Shipping time and location can be found in each product's description info.

All products shipping from our distribution warehouses can be found in our ONLINE ONLY collection as shown in the images below (desktop and mobile versions):

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

When placing an order that consists of items from both our retail location and our distribution center (ONLINE ONLY collection), you will not be able to choose shipping options. Standard shipping will be chosen by default. You will receive your order in two shipments. The package from our retail location will still be shipped the same or next business day, you just won't be able to choose your carrier or shipping speed, i.e., expedited shipping. Free local delivery or store pickup will also not be an option on combined location orders.

If you would like to choose your shipping carrier and speed or the local pickup and delivery options on products from our retail location, we suggest placing two separate orders. One consisting of ONLY products from our retail location and a second order of products from our distribution warehouses (ONLINE ONLY collection).

SHIPPING POLICY

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames we advertise, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.
